33 Voters decided Bush is a non-thinker?

I voted him as an average thinker; but, when I saw the results of your poll I had to consider what caused 33 voters to judge him as a non-thinker.
.
I guess maybe due to the fact that he never thought out the consequences of his fool headed decision to go to war. Nearly 3,000 lifes snuffed out--worlds that will never be experienced--families that have been devastated. What a fool.
