My point is that if the people of our coutry are the last to read what our educators are writing about and only hearing it from others, maybe we should turn off the T.V. and read a little more.
After Chavez mentioned Chomsky's book it went from 20,000+ on the Amazon list to #1, so I guess some people took his advice. I personally read the book befor Chavez and while I agree with some of it I also disagree with it. He is a little to liberal for me.
Chavez is highly educated and was an educator before he decided to become a paramilitant and conduct a coop. I also disagree with Pat Robertson's plan for dealing with Chavez too. ;)
